Dein Profil:

Hauptschulabschluss oder gleichwertig

Du hast handwerkliches Geschick und Interesse an physikalischen und chemischen Prozessen

Du bist körperlich fit und hast kein Problem in Schichten zu arbeiten

Überwachung und Steuerung einer unserer Wattemaschinen

Reinigung und Wartung der Maschine

Entnahme von Stoffproben und Qualitätskontrolle im Labor

Wie du lernst:

3 Jahre – falls du sehr gute Leistungen hast, kannst du auf 2,5 Jahre verkürzen

Theorie im Papierzentrum Gernsbach – die Kosten für die Unterbringung übernehmen wir

Praxis an „deiner“ Wattemaschine

Deine Vergütung:

1. Ausbildungsjahr: 1268€ brutto

2. Ausbildungsjahr: 1338€ brutto

3. Ausbildungsjahr: 1401€ brutto

Außerdem gibt’s bei uns Urlaubsgeld, ein 13. Monatsgehalt und einen erfolgsabhängigen Bonus on top!
