Als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/x) fertigst Du bei ZEISS Präzisionsbauteile aus diversen Werkstoffen durch spannende Verfahren wie Drehen, Fräsen oder Schleifen. Dabei arbeitest Du in der Regel mit CNC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen. Diese richtest Du ein und steuerst bzw. überwachst den Fertigungsprozess.

Deine Rolle:

Einrichten automatisierter Dreh-, Fräs- und Schleifmaschinen

Schreiben, Erstellen und Modifizieren von CNC-Maschinenprogrammen

Auswählen und Einsetzen von Maschinen, passenden Werkzeuge, Spannvorrichtungen sowie Prüfmittel

Achten auf wirtschaftliche Aspekte wie Bearbeitungsdauer, Werkzeug- und Maschinenkosten sowie Materialverbrauch

Prüfen von Maßen, Toleranzen und Oberflächenqualitäten der gefertigten Werkstücke im Herstellungsprozess

erste Kontakte mit neuesten Technologien, wie vernetzte Maschinensysteme und Robotik

ein guter Haupt-, Realschul- oder höherer Bildungsabschluss

gute Leistungen in Mathematik, Physik, Technik, Deutsch und Englisch

räumliches und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Interesse an präzisem Arbeiten

ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigenmotivation

Team-, Kommunikations- und Problemlösefähigkeit

Ausbildungsdauer: 3 ½ Jahre mit Start im September 2027 (Verkürzung auf 3 Jahre bei guten Leistungen oder durch Teilnahme am Berufskolleg möglich)

Berufsschulort:Aalen

Ausbildungsvergütung entsprechend dem ERA-Tarif der IG Metall Baden-Württemberg
