Chefsekretariat/ Anmeldung: Besucherempfang, Reisebuchungen, Telefonzentrale, Postein- und –ausgang, Übersetzungen, Arbeitssicherheit
Voraussetzungen
Quali / Mittlere Reife
Du hast Interesse an kaufmännischen Abläufen und organisierst gerne
Du hast Spaß daran, Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und über den Tellerrand hinaus zu schauen und zu denken
Du möchtest mit modernen Bürokommunikationsmitteln arbeiten und kennst Dich bereits mit MS-Office Programmen (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) aus
