Deine Aufgaben sind:

Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du verschiedene kaufmännische Bereiche unseres Unternehmens kennen. Dabei bearbeitest du Bestellungen, vergleichst Angebote und stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Lieferanten. Auch die Betreuung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben: Du erstellst Angebote, prüfst Rechnungen und unterstützt bei administrativen Prozessen. Zusätzlich wirkst du bei der Produktionsplanung mit und behältst Rohstoffe, Bestände sowie Liefertermine im Blick. Im Finanzbereich erhältst du Einblicke in die Buchhaltung und unterstützt bei Buchungen, Zahlungen und Kostenkontrollen. Für deine täglichen Aufgaben arbeitest du mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen sowie modernen ERP-Systemen wie Infor. Darüber hinaus organisierst du Termine und Abläufe und bringst dich aktiv in vielfältige kaufmännische Prozesse ein.

Wen wir suchen:

Du interessierst dich für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und möchtest verstehen, wie die verschiedenen Bereiche eines Unternehmens zusammenwirken. Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kommunizierst offen und überzeugst durch eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Außerdem bist du neugierig, lernbereit und bereit, Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben zu übernehmen und aktiv zum gemeinsamen Erfolg beizutragen.

Zudem benötigst Du:

Mittlere Reife, Fachabitur oder Abitur – oder stehst kurz vor deinem Abschluss.
Freude an Themen wie Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaft und Englisch.
