Ihre Rolle:

Eigenständiges Tarifieren von Waren gemäß aktuellem Warentarifverzeichnis sowie exportrechtliche Bewertung aller relevanten Materialien gemäß aller anwendbaren Bestimmungen, speziell europäisches und U.S. Exportkontrollrecht

Bewertung, Freigabe und Dokumentation von Exportvorgängen für die Standorte Jena und Oberkochen

Importvorgänge selbständig bewerten und Importverfahren an Dienstleister vorgeben

Prozesse der Exportkontrolle regelmäßig analysieren und Verbesserungsvorschläge erarbeiten

Eigenständige Antragstellung zur verbindlichen Zolltarifauskunft

Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Außenwirtschafts- und Zollprüfungen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, als Technischer Betriebswirt oder technisches Studium mit kaufmännischer Zusatzqualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb mit Export- und Importvorgängen, idealerweise im Investitionsgüterbereich in der Rolle als Ausfuhrreferent

Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (insbesondere ModulMMMM,SDSD, Business Warehouse)

Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet.
