Für den Ausbildungsbeginn 01. September 2027 suchen wir am Standort Bruchsal einen
Auszubildenden Industriemechaniker (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:
Im Ausbildungsberuf Industriemechaniker/-in (m/w/d) bereiten wir unsere Auszubildenden auf vielseitige Tätigkeiten im Unternehmen vor.
Die Inhalte umfassen unter anderem:

Das Bearbeiten und Herstellen von Bauteilen verschiedener Werkstoffe
Die Montage und das Prüfen der Teile und der fertigen Produkte
Das Durchführen von Reparaturen

Alle Auszubildenden sind fest in unsere Ausbildungswerkstatt sowie in das

Produktionsteam integriert und lernen so auch interne Abläufe aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln kennen.
Ziel der Ausbildung ist die anschließende Weiterbeschäftigung, z.B. in den Bereichen Pumpen-Montage oder Testfeld. Der theoretische Teil der Ausbildung findet in der Balthasar-Neumann Schule in Bruchsal statt.

Von unseren zukünftigen Auszubildenden erwarten wir einen guten Hauptschul- oder Realschulabschluss, besonders in naturwissenschaftlichen bzw. technischen Fächern.
Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Interesse sind wichtige Erfolgsfaktoren für die
Ausbildung in unserem Haus. Nicht zuletzt legen wir Wert auf Engagement, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
