A Iron Mountain está buscando um motivado Auxiliar de Arquivo para integrar nossa equipe. Neste papel, você será responsável pela execução eficiente dos processos de manuseio, movimentação e rastreamento de ativos (documentos) garantindo a organização, a precisão do inventário e a segurança do material.
O que você fará (Responsabilidades)
Neste papel, você irá:
Manusear e Movimentar ativamente documentos, realizando o endereçamento, a coleta e a preparação de pedidos para expedição ou armazenamento, conforme os procedimentos operacionais.
Colaborar e se Comunicar com as equipes internas para assegurar que as demandas de manuseio e recuperação de itens sejam atendidas de forma pontual e com rastreabilidade completa.
Garantir a Conformidade com todas as normas de segurança do trabalho (EHS), procedimentos operacionais e políticas de confidencialidade de dados durante a execução das tarefas.
O que você trará (Habilidades e Qualificações)
O candidato ideal terá:
Conhecimento sólido de rotinas de manuseio de scanners para registro de movimentação de documentos.
Habilidade em atenção a detalhes e trabalho em equipe para cumprimento de metas de produtividade em ambiente dinâmico.
Ensino Médio completo.
