Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability within the branch's consumer banking portfolio
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the branch's customer base and product offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures
Provide coaching and mentorship to the branch team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Requirements

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions
Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive business decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
Familiarity with relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
