  • Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to support capital markets initiatives.
  • Produce quantitative analysis, market research, and trading analytics to support client discussions and internal decision‑making.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret trading, flow, and liquidity data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the Taiwan market.
  • Contribute to capital markets strategy reporting, including development of tools, dashboards, and visualization to enhance understanding of investor behavior and market dynamics.
  • Support pre‑trade and post‑trade analytics, execution analysis, and reporting aligned with best‑execution objectives.
  • Write Taiwan capital markets insights, commentary, and research for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with product development and research teams on new product launches and enhancements, ensuring alignment with local market requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to explain complex investment and market concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
