Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients
Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Collaborate with other teams within the Consumer Banking Group to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver integrated solutions to clients
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop innovative products and services
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling to drive informed decision-making
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and business targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
