Das erwartet dich bei uns

Hierfür absolvierst du ein dreijähriges Studium an der Dualen Hochschule Sachsen in Glauchau mit Schwerpunkt auf Produktions- und Fertigungstechnik sowie Qualitätsmanagement

Während deiner dreimonatigen Semester an der Hochschule eignest du dir theoretisches Grundwissen (Technische Grundlagen, Fertigungstechnologie, Betriebswirtschaft) und Spezialkenntnisse (Produktionsplanung und -steuerung, Lean Manufacturing, Qualitätsmanagementsysteme, Fabrikplanung etc.) an

In den Praxisphasen bei TRUMPF sammelst du umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Produktion und der Prozessoptimierung. Du arbeitest an der Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen mit und bearbeitest Projekte zur Effizienzsteigerung

Außerdem hast du die Möglichkeit, bis zu drei Monate in einer unserer Produktionsstätten weltweit zu verbringen und internationale Best Practices kennenzulernen

Womit du uns begeisterst

Du wirst dein Abitur oder die Fachhochschulreife mit sehr guten Leistungen in den Bereichen Mathematik und Naturwissenschaft abschließen

Du zeigst ausgeprägtes Interesse an Produktionstechnik, Optimierungsprozessen und industriellen Abläufen

Du zeigst ein hohes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Du hast eine strukturierte, detailgenaue und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise

Du bist ein motivierter Teamplayer, der Verbesserungen vorantreibt und strukturiert auf seine Ziele hinarbeitet
