与团队成员协作，解决开发过程中遇到的问题。

参与PRD设计及讨论，针对业务背景、目标范围、功能需求、业务流程、角色权限、异常场景、验收标准及版本边界提供技术意见。

负责TRD文档的撰写与维护，明确系统架构、模块划分、接口设计、数据结构、数据库设计、通信协议、状态流转、异常处理、性能要求、安全要求及部署约束。
参与需求评审、技术方案评审和开发过程答疑，协助研发团队理解需求边界、实现逻辑和验收标准，确保产品需求与技术实现保持一致。

岗位要求：

学历要求：计算机、应用数学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
经验要求：具备3年以上Java后端开发经验，有平台后端系统、微服务、分布式系统或企业级应用开发经验者优先；熟悉从需求分析、技术设计、开发实现、测试部署到运维维护的完整研发交付流程。
技能要求：

熟练掌握Java编程语言，精通IO、多线程、集合、反射等核心机制，具备扎实的编程基础。
熟练使用Spring全家桶（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Spring MVC）等主流开发框架。

熟悉基于Spring Boot和Spring Cloud的微服务架构设计与实现，具备服务拆分、服务注册与发现、配置中心、API网关、服务间通信、负载均衡、熔断、重试、限流、分布式链路追踪、日志监控及故障排查的实践经验。

熟悉ORM框架（MyBatis、JPA）
熟练使用MySQL/PostgreSQL,具备SQL优化、索引设计能力。
熟悉Redis等缓存技术，熟悉分布式缓存应用场景。
熟悉消息队列使用与原理。
熟悉Linux系统机常用命令，具备脚本编写能力。

具备良好的技术文档编写能力，能够参与PRD设计及讨论，并按照规范独立撰写、维护和持续优化TRD、接口文档、数据库设计文档及开发说明文档。
具备需求分析与方案抽象能力，能够将业务需求拆解为功能模块、用户故事、验收标准、接口需求和开发任务，并推动需求在研发过程中的闭环落地。
