Benchmark with baking test for yeast/improver from the market
Understand each customer’s technical needs and recommend the solution/products adapted to his need
Solving technical problem of client
Collecting data regarding the bakery market, competitors and the position of Lesaffre products
Support bakeries with technical advice: yeast adapted to process, ingredients solution, process support…
Participate with baking tests in creating new products, yeast and ingredients
Make demonstration, / technical visit on the market
Reception animation inside the baking center for bakers, distributors
Preparing reports and entering data on LESAFFRE platform

🎓 Education

Diploma in Tourism & Hotels or Institute

💼 Experience

Minimum 5+ years experience in relevant hospitality or tourism roles

Strong computer skills (MS Office, hospitality systems, etc.)

Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
