Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages in accordance with Minor Hotels standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and professional guest service. The role maintains an organized and fully stocked bar, processes orders and billing efficiently, controls beverage inventory, and ensures cleanliness and safety within the bar area.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beverages, and basic bar operations.
- Able to prepare beverages according to standard recipes and measurements.
- Service-minded with good communication and guest interaction skills.
- Good attention to detail, cleanliness, and beverage presentation.
- Basic knowledge of POS, billing, stock control, and beverage handling.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work shifts
