Job Description

Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, wines and beers according to SEEN standards.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, hygiene and equipment.
Take orders and operate POS system accurately.
Monitor beverage stock and support inventory control.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Support events and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience as a Bartender, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel, luxury restaurant or cocktail bar.
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverage preparation.
Good command of English.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Well-groomed, energetic and team-oriented.
Able to work under pressure and flexible shifts, including weekends and late nights
