Measure effectiveness of interventions and document lessons learned

Partner with People Organization leaders toidentifyopportunities for experimentation

Create presentations and summaries of findings and recommendations

RequiredExperience, Skills, and Knowledge

Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science or Behavioral Economics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Curiosity about human behavior and decision-making

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PreferredExperience, Skills, and Knowledge

​​Coursework in behavioral science, experimentation, statistics, or research methods

​Experience working with data and insights

​Interest in Employee Experience, HR, AI adoption, or organizational change
