Service Technician I: Up to $1,500

Service Technician II: Up to $2,500

Service Technician III: Up to $3,500

Service Technician IV: Up to $4,500

What You'll Do

Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and replacements.

Service commercial truck, fleet, and passenger vehicle tires.

Show full description

Respond to roadside service calls and customer emergencies.

Conduct inspections and identify tire-related maintenance needs.

Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.

Deliver exceptional customer service at customer locations and service facilities.

Follow company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.

Valid driver's license required.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Tire, automotive, diesel, fleet, or related service experience preferred.

Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT

High School Diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of tire service technician experience

CDL License a plus

TIA certification

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work hours are generally 7-5 Monday – Friday. Saturday and evenings as needed; may have little to no advance notice.

Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/guidelines must be followed.

This position operates in all types of indoor and outdoor work environments, therefore exposure to heat and cold is to be expected.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, climb, lift, and walk.

Required to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment (safety shoes, gloves, protective eyewear, etc.). Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

Required to lift 75-100 lbs. routinely; may be required to occasionally lift up to 150 lbs. individually.
