Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Welcome guests and provide a professional tour briefing before departure.
Deliver engaging commentary about local attractions, history, culture, marine life, and points of interest.
Ensure guests enjoy a memorable and personalized experience.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.

Tour Operations

Coordinate with Boat Captain and marine crew to ensure smooth tour operations.
Conduct headcounts before departure and upon return.
Assist guests with boarding and disembarking safely.
Ensure tour itineraries are followed while adapting to weather and operational conditions.

Safety & Emergency Response

Conduct safety briefings and explain emergency procedures.
Ensure guests wear life jackets and follow safety guidelines when required.
Assist in emergency situations and support rescue procedures if necessary.
Report incidents, accidents, and guest concerns promptly.

Destination Knowledge

Maintain excellent knowledge of local islands, beaches, snorkeling sites, marine parks, and cultural attractions.
Share interesting facts about local traditions, wildlife, environmental conservation, and sustainability initiatives.
Recommend activities and experiences to guests.

Environmental & Sustainability Responsibilities

Promote responsible tourism practices.
Educate guests on marine conservation and environmental protection.
Encourage proper waste disposal and respect for protected areas.

Administrative Duties

Complete tour reports and guest feedback records.
Maintain tour equipment and informational materials.
Assist with inventory management of tour-related supplies.
