Buscamos Representante de Servicio al Cliente Bilingues con experiencia en atención al cliente, ventas cruzadas, soporte técnico básico y/o retención.
Funciones:
- Atender llamadas y resolver consultas
- Cumplir metas de calidad y SLA
- Dar soporte técnico básico
- Informar sobre productos y servicios
- Gestionar renovaciones y reembolsos
- Retener clientes y manejar objeciones

Requerido:
🎓 Bachillerato culminado.
🌍 B2 en Inglés - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
💻 Capacidad para realizar multitarea y manejar múltiples sistemas
🧠 Habilidades de escucha activa y comprensión del cliente
🔍 Pensamiento lógico para análisis y resolución de problemas
⌨️ Manejo básico de herramientas tecnológicas (CRM, correo, sistemas internos)
