Se ocupa de trainingul si dezvoltarea relatiilor cu brokerii colaboratori Coface;
Participa la vanzarea / negocierea contractelor de asigurare promovate de brokeri, catre companii (mici si mijlocii);
Supervizeaza activitatile de vanzari la nivelul canalului de distributie prin brokeri atat din punct de vedere cantitativ cat si calitativ in scopul atingerii obiectivelor;
Participa la intalniri si promoveaza activ produsele Coface;
Organizeaza, sustine, monitorizeaza programele motivationale adresate echipei pentru dezvoltarea vanzarilor prin brokeri;
Lucreaza individual cu brokerii pentru sustinerea acestora in procesul de invatare / vanzare;
Analizeaza rezultatele activitatii colaboratorilor si intreprinde actiunile necesare pentru atingerea obiectivelor date;
Se implica direct in activitatile necesare semnarii de noi parteneriate cu brokeri de asigurari.

Cel putin 3 ani experienta in vanzari B2B, mandatory- cunoasterea pietei si experienta din domeniul asigurarilor;
Studii universitare finalizate in economie (ASE sau similar);
Disponibilitate pentru deplasari in interes de serviciu;
Cunostinte avansate operare PC: MS Office, Browsing, e-mail;
Cunoasterea limbii engleze - nivel avansat ;
Foarte bune abilitati de organizare, planificare, control si negociere;
Competente de lucru in raportare, baze de date ale clientilor, managementul timpului si setarea prioritatilor;
Excelente abilitati sociale si de comunicare;
Ambitios, perseverent, flexibil, cu gandire analitica si vocabular business;
Permis de conducere categoria B.
