Broker / Senior Reinsurance Broker

What you need to have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a reinsurance broker / broker or underwriter
• Strong knowledge of the treaty reinsurance market, ideally in CEE
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and industry leaders at all levels
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Good communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage a significant workload through effective time management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Technical expertise in reinsurance, with particular emphasis on property & casualty segments
