Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Team Leader Brokerage motivato/a e orientato/a ai risultati, capace di coniugare solide competenze operative in ambito doganale con una naturale attitudine alla leadership e alla collaborazione.

Cerchiamo una persona dinamica, aperta all'apprendimento continuo e alla condivisione delle conoscenze, capace di ispirare e motivare il gruppo, affrontare le sfide con entusiasmo e guidare il cambiamento con spirito proattivo.

Requisiti

Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o laurea;
Spiccate capacità di leadership e gestione delle persone;
Ottime competenze organizzative e di problem solving;
Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e fortemente orientato al cliente;
Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Cosa offriamo

Contratto full-time a tempo indeterminato;
Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8:30 alle 17:00;
Sede di lavoro: Tessera (VE);
Smart working: possibilità di lavorare 3 giorni da remoto e 2 giorni in ufficio dopo il primo anno di lavoro.
