What We Look For

High ownership and a strong bias for action

Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Sharp problem-solving ability and structured thinking

Clear, direct communication

Deep craft in your area of expertise — whatever that area is

Bonus if you:

Have worked in early-stage or scaling startups (0→1 or 1→10)

Have exposure to AI, SaaS, or the market research industry

Have hands-on experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Forsta/Confirmit, Decipher) or research operations

Thrive in high-trust, high-accountability teams
