The Opportunity
Coface is entering an exciting phase of long‑term growth across North America, and we are looking to add a high‑performing Sales Executive to our Commercial Sales team. This is a high‑impact, front‑line sales role for a true hunter who thrives on opening doors, winning new clients, and building long‑term relationships with middle‑market companies.
In this role, you will sell specialized financial risk solutions—including domestic and export trade credit insurance—to CFOs, business owners, and senior finance leaders. You’ll operate with autonomy, backed by a well‑recognized global brand, strong underwriting expertise, and a clear growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business growth by prospecting, developing, and closing middle‑market accounts through consultative, value‑based selling.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals through a combination of new client acquisition and renewal of existing policies.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals from banks and insurance brokers, and strategic networking.
- Develop a portfolio of clients aligned with Coface’s long‑term growth and retention objectives.
- Sell complex financial solutions focused on credit risk mitigation, cash‑flow protection, and trade security.
- Partner closely with internal teams (underwriting, risk, client services) to deliver best‑in‑class solutions and service.
- Service and grow existing client relationships by monitoring programs, identifying coverage needs, and uncovering expansion opportunities.
- Stay ahead of the market by tracking industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client risks.
- Continuously sharpen your skills through formal training, workshops, and on‑the‑job development.
