En tant que Business Process Analyst Services et outils clients, vous contribuez à la transformation digitale et à l'amélioration continue des parcours clients. Vos missions : maîtriser les processus métier, analyser et optimiser les parcours clients existants pour améliorer l'efficience et la satisfaction (B2B, B2C, etc.), concevoir et implémenter des parcours clients optimisés.

Diplôme universitaire (Master ou Licence) ou expérience équivalente. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience confirmée en tant que Business Process Analyst ou Product Owner orienté clients, avec expertise en conception et optimisation de processus digitaux.

Un package financier et extralégal avantageux (possibilités de télétravail, voiture de société électrique avec une carte de chargement ou un budget mobilité, GSM, frais internet, allocation de représentation, 33 jours de congé, chèques-repas, écochèques, flex income plan, assurances telles que soins de santé, etc.).
