Descripción General del Puesto
El Planner es responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad oportuna de materiales y producto terminado para cumplir con los compromisos de entrega al cliente, mediante una planeación efectiva de demanda, materiales e inventarios. Lidera la ejecución de procesos de planificación que aseguren el cumplimiento de los objetivos de Customer OTD, Past Due, Material Availability, Schedule Attainment e Inventory Reduction, colaborando estrechamente con Producción, Compras, Operaciones y proveedores para optimizar el desempeño de la cadena de suministro.

1. - Gestionar la planeación de materiales y producción para asegurar el suministro oportuno de componentes y producto terminado.
2. Monitorear y ejecutar acciones para cumplir los objetivos de Customer OTD y reducción de Past Due.

3.Analizar requerimientos MRP y generar planes de abastecimiento alineados a la demanda del cliente.
4.Optimizar parámetros de planeación tales como lead times, lotes mínimos, stock de seguridad y estrategias de abastecimiento.
5. Coordinar con Compras y proveedores la recuperación de materiales críticos y seguimiento a riesgos de suministro.
6. Realizar revisiones diarias de órdenes de producción para asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de manufactura.
7. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua enfocados en estandarización y optimización de procesos de planeación.
8. Impulsar el uso de mejores prácticas de Supply Chain para mejorar indicadores operativos y financieros.
*Habilidades requeridas*
1.- Pensamiento analítico y toma de decisiones basada en datos.
2.- Resolución de problemas y análisis causa raíz.
3.- Manejo de SAP (PP, MM, APO/IBP deseable) o ERP equivalente.
4.- Excelente manejo de tiempo, comunicacion y servicio al cliente.
5.- Liderazgo.
6.- Orientación a resultados y servicio al cliente.
*Perfil de la posición*
-Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Manufactura, Logística, Supply Chain o afín.
-1 a 3 años de experiencia en el puesto
-Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, Solución de problemas, Liderazgo, Actitud positiva y enérgica, Etica de trabajo.
-Ingles de Negocios.
