Job Purpose：
保障生产所需物料的充足供应
维持合理的库存水平
管理供应商，持续提高供应商的业绩

Principal Accountabilities:

1．基于对物料和供应链的知识，为每个物料规划合理的采购参数。
2．在合适的时间释放合适数量的订单，实现充足供应，同时保持合理的库存水平。
3．与供应商密切沟通，实时关注供应进度，及时识别风险。关注供应商的库存和产能。
4．供应出现异常时，及时协调相关资源，积极灵活地解决问题。
5．基于对需求的正确理解，释放合适数量的订单和预测给供应商。根据需求的变动及时调整订单，维持合理的库存水平。利用库存管理工具，及时分析库存结构并采取有效措施。
6．协调资源，支持客户的紧急或特殊需求，支持国外工厂解决问题。
7．遵守公司相关规章制度，遵循相关运营规则
8．配合上级提供其它必要的支持

Qualification, skills and knowledge:

1．大专以上学历
2．两年以上采购相关工作经验优先
3．熟练运用Microsoft系列办公软件。较强的英语沟通能力。熟悉MRP运算逻辑
4．了解基本的加工制造工艺知识
5．具备快速学习能力，较强的逻辑思维，和深入分析和解决问题的能力
6．很强的沟通和协调能力
7．责任心强，认真负责，积极进取，具备抗压能力，重视团队合作
