Pay range 22.32 - 26.04 Hourly with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.

As a Café Ambassador, you’ll deliver exceptional service, create memorable brand experiences, and inspire customers with your passion for our brand.
About the Job
- Provide outstanding customer service while supporting seamless day-to-day cafe operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, inventory management, equipment upkeep, and food safety compliance.
- Assist with daily preparation, service delivery, and operational activities to ensure efficient customer experience.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage participation in loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
- Demonstrate a collaborative, customer-focused approach by supporting team members across all areas of the store.
- Help maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
- This is a seasonal position expected to run from October 2026 to January 2027.

About You
- Passionate about fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
- Experience in the Food & Beverage/ Hospitality industry
- Valid and current NYC Food Protection Certificate from the New York City Department of Health
- Excellent and proven customer service skills and a winning personality that builds trust
- Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
- Confident expressing your individuality and bringing creative ideas to the team
