Job Description:

You are the new point of contact for our current and potential customers. The telephone agent will manage our customers' telephone calls, providing accurate information. It will professionally resolve any incident presented within the guidelines provided and will offer new UPS products whenever requested, as well as attract new customers.

Answering customer phone calls.
Provide customers with accurate and complete information.
Understand, establish and professionally resolve any incident presented, adapting to the guidelines provided and will offer new UPS products, whenever requested, as well as attract new customers.
Explain actions and commitments.
Follow security guidelines to protect our customers' data.

What do we expect from you?

Essential knowledge of English and Portuguese. Your customers and colleagues speak several languages, so it is easy and certainly important that you can communicate with them in English.
Knowledge of other languages is valued.
Computer knowledge at user level.
Be good at communicating and doing business; We do not require experience but it is desirable.
Education level: 12th grade
Availability to work from 11.00am to 19.00pm
