Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Calypso Business Analyst to support functional analysis, business requirements and platform enhancements within a Capital Markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Analyse Calypso functionalities, workflows and configuration requirements.
Conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution design.
Coordinate with technical teams, Product Owners and business stakeholders.
Support functional testing, UAT and issue resolution.
Contribute to Calypso enhancements and process improvements.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst.
Strong functional knowledge of Nasdaq Calypso.
Understanding of Capital Markets products, including FX, Securities, Money Markets and Derivatives.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications and testing.
Good SQL knowledge.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Calypso upgrades or migrations.
Unix/Linux knowledge.
Agile delivery experience.
