現在トレンドマイクロは、「エンドポイントセキュリティ企業」から**「AIセキュリティのリーディングカンパニー」への転換フェーズ**にあります。AIを活用したプロアクティブなリスク管理プラットフォーム「Trend AI Vision One」を中核に、単品製品販売からプラットフォームセキュリティへ、業界に先駆けた進化を続けています。

本ポジションは、そのトレンドマイクロのパートナービジネスの最前線を担う役割です。エンドユーザー様のビジネスを支える大手パートナー企業と深くコミットし、AIセキュリティ時代の新しいビジネスモデルをともに作り上げていく、やりがいの大きいポジションです。

■ 業務内容
担当する大手パートナー企業の各支社を担当いただきます。

AIセキュリティ時代への転換期において、パートナーの営業現場に深く入り込み、トレンドマイクロ製品・サービスの拡販を推進するビジネスドライバーとしての役割を担っていただきます。

＜具体的な活動＞

担当支社の営業所・各部門に対し、AIセキュリティ製品（Trend AI Vision One / VBSS等）の提案シナリオを構築・展開
支社長・部門責任者との定期的なビジネスレビューを通じ、中長期の拡販戦略を共同立案
パートナー企業営業担当者への同行・商談支援を通じ、受注につながる提案活動をリード
パートナーの営業現場が「売りたくなる環境」を作るための施策立案・実行（勉強会・イベント・インセンティブ設計等）
パートナー起点の顧客課題を拾い上げ、社内SE・マーケティング・CSと連携してソリューション提案に昇華

■ 求める経験・スキル

必須

ITパートナー商流（販社・リセラー・ディストリビューター）の理解
SMB市場向けの法人営業経験（3年以上目安）
フットワーク軽く、複数拠点・多方面のステークホルダーと連携できる方
