Main Job Purpose
The Channel Distributor Executive (FTC)will help accelerate growth across Northern Mindanao by strengthening distributor operations, expanding market reach, and delivering best-in-class execution.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
Distributor Management & Execution
- Partner with Suvisco in delivering distribution objectives across assigned territories.
- Monitor distributor performance and drive execution of priority business initiatives.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and route optimization.
Reach & Coverage Expansion
- Identify and close coverage gaps within assigned areas.
- Drive numeric distribution and outlet expansion.
- Support onboarding and development of new distribution opportunities.
Sales & KPI Management
- Track and improve key performance indicators, including Reach, eCOV and Assortment
- Analyze performance trends and recommend corrective actions to accelerate growth.
Field Excellence
- Conduct regular market work-withs with salesmen to drive eCOV and execution excellence.
- Ensure availability, visibility, and activation of Unilever brands across outlets.
- Support execution of customer and channel programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with distributor teams and internal stakeholders.
- Support business reviews, demand planning, and growth initiatives.
- Assist in the successful rollout of innovations and category-building programs.
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience in sales, account management, distributor operations, or FMCG is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within Northern Mindanao.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage
- Must be amenable to work under a fixed term contract role
