Channel Marketing Leader - Perú

Como Channel Marketing Leader de Perú, desempeñarás un rol clave en la construcción e implementación de la estrategia de trade marketing del negócio Consumer Business Group en el país. En este rol, deberás dinamizar el sell out a través de campañas y acciones de marca en las principales cadenas de Autoservicios, Home centers, Farmacias y Librerías, así como en los clientes del canal tradicional.
El impacto que tendrás en este rol:
- Responsable de la estrategia de trade marketing de CBG Perú para dinamizar el sell out con campañas y acciones de marca en Autoservicios, Homecenters, Farmacias, Librerías y canal tradicional.
- Planificar y ejecutar las campañas de trade alineadas al Gantt anual de marketing.
- Trabajar con Key Account Managers y marketing en planes de trabajo por cliente y en el logro de resultados.
- Analizar el sell out por canal, cliente y familia para priorizar oportunidades y presentar propuestas de valor a los clientes principales.
- Supervisar al equipo de campo externo (mercaderistas, supervisores, impulsadores y promotoría) y definir estándares de ejecución en tienda.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de trade de Perú por portafolio y trimestre, evaluando eficiencias y ROI por línea.
- Visitar puntos de venta y hacer trabajo de campo a nivel nacional.

Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:
- Bachiller o Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ing. Industrial, Marketing o carreras afines
- Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel avanzado para análisis de data, bases de datos y presentaciones en PPT.
- 2+ anos de experiencia en consumo masivo en ventas y/o trade marketing, marketing o afines.
Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:
- 3+ años de experiencia en ventas y/o trade marketing afines
- Alto nivel de organización y planificación
- Capacidad de interactuar a todo nivel
- Disponibilidad para viajar 15% del tiempo
- Nivel de ingles avanzado
- Rapido aprendizaje, proactivo, innovador, enfocado en resultados, capacidad de adaptación.
Localización de trabajo:
- Localización de trabajo: Este rol sigue un modelo de trabajo presencial, requiriendo que el empleado trabaje al menos tres días a la semana en la Oficina de San Isidro.
- Viajes: Puede incluir hasta 15% [nacionales/internacionales].
