Développement commercial :

Développer le portefeuille clients existant en identifiant les opportunités de croissance.
Entretenir une relation de confiance durable avec vos clients, en vous positionnant comme leur interlocuteur privilégié.
Détecter les besoins émergents et proposer des solutions adaptées en lien avec les équipes techniques.
Participation et contribution dans les réseaux locaux

Gestion et optimisation du portefeuille :

Assure le maintien de son portefeuille et le sature en évaluant la rentabilité des affaires,
Applique et discute les niveaux de tarification en fonction des besoins du client, des ressources disponibles et de la concurrence.
Suivre les échéances clés du portefeuille et sécuriser les renouvellements

Gestion et coordination du service rendu au client :

Chef d’orchestre pour les équipes techniques, pour apporter ainsi un service de qualité à votre client/prospect.
Met en œuvre et coordonne des études de risques avec les départements techniques, recherches de tarifs/ calculs de primes auprès des services techniques,
Coordonne et pilote les échanges d’information concernant le client et sollicite auprès du client des feedbacks réguliers,
S’implique dans le suivi des sinistres et coordonne jusqu’au règlement,
Développe et utilise les ressources existantes dans le groupe MMC.

Ce que nous attendons de vous :

De formation Bac + 4/5 en Assurance ou Ecole de commerce, vous justifiez d’une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire.
Compétences commerciales : capacité d’écoute et d’empathie, aisance relationnelle,
Compétences techniques: maîtrise des assurances principalement sur des risques industriels,
Informatique : maîtrise des outils informatiques (pack office)
Autre : autonome et rigoureux
