Votre mission
En tant que Responsable des Offres Ingénierie Services, vous êtes le chef d'orchestre des appels d'offres liés aux activités d'ingénierie de services. Véritable interface entre les équipes commerciales, techniques, industrielles et nos clients, vous construisez des offres compétitives, innovantes et sécurisées tout en garantissant le respect des objectifs Qualité, Coût, Délai et Ressources
Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à :
Piloter et coordonner l'ensemble du processus d'élaboration des offres d'ingénierie services.

Analyser les besoins clients et transformer les exigences techniques en propositions de valeur performantes.
Consolider les chiffrages issus des différents métiers (ingénierie, achats, opérations, méthodes, commerce...).
Challenger les solutions techniques et industrielles pour rendre nos offres toujours plus compétitives.
Évaluer les risques et opportunités afin de sécuriser les engagements de l'entreprise.
Participer aux décisions stratégiques GO / NO GO.
Développer une relation privilégiée avec nos clients et partenaires.
Assurer le transfert vers les équipes projets après attribution des contrats.
Contribuer à la stratégie produits et services en collaboration avec les différentes Product Lines.
Le profil que nous recherchons
🎓 Formation ingénieur ou Bac+5 technique avec une forte sensibilité systèmes.
📈 Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans les appels d'offres, le management de projets ou l'ingénierie système.
🌍 Anglais courant indispensable pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
⚙️ Solides connaissances techniques (électronique, logiciel, mécanique, automatique, FMDS).
🤝 Leadership naturel, capacité à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires et à convaincre vos interlocuteurs.
🎯 Sens du client, rigueur, esprit d'analyse et goût du challenge.
