What you’ll do
- Support customers mainly via chat and email
- Provide clear, professional, and timely solutions
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Escalate more complex cases to the relevant teams
- Work with multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
What we’re looking for
- Romanian – C2 / native level
- English – B2
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and follow processes accurately
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage
- Willingness to work on shifts
What we offer
- €1,483 gross monthly base salary
- Up to €113 gross monthly performance bonus
- Up to €51 gross weekly CSAT bonus

Working schedule
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Project operating hours: 08:00–23:00, Monday–Sunday
- Please note that the project may move to a 24/7 schedule in the future
Location: Varna, Bulgaria – office-based
