Verantwortlichkeiten
- An-, Abfahren, Steuern und Überwachen der Produktions-, Hilfs- und Nebenanlagen anhand der Betriebsdaten
- Gelegentliche Übernahme von Messwartentätigkeiten (Vertretung)
- Chargierung von Rohstoffen und Produkten
- Konfektionierung von flüssigen Abfällen
- Freistellung von Pumpen, Leitungen und Apparaten (Reparaturvorbereitung)
- Probenahme, Auswertung und Protokollierung der Analysen
- Dokumentation von Betriebs- und Wartungsdaten
- Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Meldung/Beseitigung von Störungen sowie Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Sicherheit-, Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutz
- Einweisung von Partnerfirmenmitarbeitern

Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant, Produktions-/Industriefachkraft Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Produktion, Erfahrung im Bedienen von Anlagen sowie im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
- Grundkenntnisse von Produktionsabläufen sowie in der Verfahrenstechnik, Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein, ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie flexible Arbeitsweise
- Staplerführerschein erforderlich (idealerweise Kranführerschein), körperliche Belastbarkeit im Sinne der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchung für Atemschutzgeräteträger G.26.3
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sowie zum Dienst in der nebenberuflichen Feuerwehr im Werk
