1. Quản lý & chăm sóc Seller

Tương tác đa kênh: call / chat / gặp trực tiếp (khi cần)
Xử lý ticket khách hàng hằng ngày
Hướng dẫn seller sử dụng hiệu quả nền tảng

2. Khai thác & phát triển khách hàng

Làm việc trên danh sách khách hàng được phân bổ (ticket-based)
Tư vấn đúng nhu cầu dựa trên AI insight
Upsell / Cross-sell sản phẩm & dịch vụ

3. Data-driven Sales (KEY)

Sử dụng hệ thống Sales Mate để:

Đọc & hiểu insight khách hàng
Phát hiện vấn đề (hiệu suất thấp, giảm chi tiêu…)
Áp dụng script gợi ý để xử lý

Chủ động điều chỉnh approach theo phản hồi thực tế

4. Theo dõi & tối ưu hiệu quả

Theo dõi performance seller (doanh thu, tin đăng, ngân sách)
Đánh giá hiệu quả các action đã triển khai
Feedback insight & đề xuất cải tiến

5. Quản lý pipeline & vận hành

Cập nhật trạng thái trên CRM / hệ thống ticket
Đảm bảo SLA & khối lượng công việc (~50 ticket/ngày)

6. Đóng góp cải tiến hệ thống (AI)

Feedback chất lượng insight / script
Đề xuất cải tiến logic & data input cho Sales Mate

7. Triển khai campaign

Thực thi các chiến dịch bán hàng
Tận dụng AI để tăng outreach & conversion

Có kinh nghiệm Sales/Account (>2 năm), ưu tiên trong e-commerce, marketplace hoặc ngành xe
Có khả năng tiếp cận & sử dụng công cụ AI trong công việc (không ngại thay đổi cách làm để đạt hiệu quả kỳ vọng)
Có tư duy data-driven, thoải mái làm việc với dashboard, CRM và các công cụ hỗ trợ
Giao tiếp tốt, xử lý tình huống linh hoạt khi làm việc trực tiếp với seller
Kỷ luật trong việc bám sát quy trình (ticket, SLA) nhưng vẫn chủ động cải thiện hiệu quả
Tinh thần học hỏi & đóng góp vào việc cải tiến hệ thống

Thu nhập hấp dẫn: Lương cứng + Thưởng hoa hồng kinh doanh
