Buscamos uma pessoa proativa, analítica e comunicativa para apoiar nossas iniciativas de Ciência de Dados e Modelagem. Nosso(a) profissional Júnior atuará no desenvolvimento de modelos de Machine Learning para os setores de crédito, trabalhando em sintonia com times internos para transformar dados em soluções inteligentes.
Se você ama dados, gosta de resolver problemas e quer ver suas ideias virarem impacto real no mercado, aqui você encontra espaço para aprender, colocar tudo em prática e crescer.
Funções que serão desempenhadas:
Tratar e analisar bases de dados via Python e SQL.
Criar variáveis preditoras e apoiar no processo de amostragem.
Treinar, ajustar e refinar modelos de Machine Learning sob supervisão.
Documentar etapas, preparar códigos para produção e apresentar resultados para áreas parceiras.
Requisitos necessários:
Formação em Estatística, Matemática, Física, Engenharia ou áreas afins.

Boa lógica de programação e prática com Python e SQL.
Base conceitual em estatística e Machine Learning.
Comunicação clara e perfil colaborativo.
Diferenciais:
Noções sobre mercado de crédito e/ou fraude
Inglês intermediário/avançado.
Modelo de trabalho: Disponibilidade para atuação 4x presencial em nossa sede em Alphaville - Barueri/SP.
