Principais Responsabilidades:
- Atuar na criação e desenvolvimento de modelos de Machine Learning voltados para o ciclo de crédito;
- Construir análises de dados e o desenvolvimento de soluções customizadas;
- Interagir com clientes e áreas internas para entender requisitos e comunicar os resultados dos modelos;
- Colaborar em um ambiente dinâmico com atuação compartilhada em frentes estratégicas.
Requisitos e Perfil Desejado:
- Ensino Superior completo em Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
- Conhecimento prévio com Python (ou R) e conceitos de Machine Learning;
- Boa comunicação/oratória, perfil proativo e facilidade para relacionamento com clientes;
- Noções sobre ciclo de crédito ou vivência prévia em projetos/consultorias da área.
Modelo de trabalho: 4x1 (4 dias presenciais em Alphaville/Barueri e home office fixo às sextas-feiras).
