Cleans Leviathan Equipment - Team Representative

Role and Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Supervising 6-10 equipment engineers, and provide coaching, performance reviews, and growth plans.

• Fostering a collaborative culture and champion Lean/TPS/6S practices.

• Oversee the full equipment lifecycle for fab equipment – from qualification to de‑commission.

• Manage Change‑Point Management (CPM) activities, daily equipment status reviews, and qualification matrix updates.

• Review pass‑downs, WIP, and work request queues each shift.

• Prioritize equipment repairs, parts orders, and qualification.

• Supervise PTP/WR tickets for non‑urgent work.

• Drive quality initiatives within team

• Adopt/Strategize new projects to improve cost/quality/throughput.

• Use Python, VBA, Spotfire, or JMP to analyze equipment data, spot trends, and recommend adjustments.

• Partner with SEMES, other vendors, Fab Engineering, Maintenance, and other support groups to resolve difficult equipment problems.

• Own capital projects for new or upgraded equipment, including cost justification, schedule coordination, and budget tracking.

• Lead cross‑functional TFTs focused on Stop‑Loss, BM reduction, and quality improvements

• Ensure all work follows SAS fab protocols (clean‑room attire, PPE, ability to lift ≤ 35 lb).

• Keep equipment certifications current and maintain audit readiness.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or Computer Science
• 5+  years semiconductor equipment engineering
• 2+  years of direct supervisory or lead experience.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and qualifying fab tools.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, VBA) and/or data‑analysis tools (Spotfire, JMP, Matlab, SQL).
• Strong grasp of statistical methods, Change‑Point Management, and structured problem solving.
