- Menerima dan menindaklanjuti permintaan client terkait pickup, delivery, shipment, dan layanan valuable cargo.
- Memastikan kebutuhan dan instruksi client diterima serta disampaikan dengan benar kepada tim operasional.
- Melakukan monitoring status pengiriman dan memberikan update kepada client sesuai kebutuhan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Operations, Transport, Vault, Security, dan Customer Service terkait pelaksanaan layanan.
- Menindaklanjuti kendala seperti delay, discrepancy, failed delivery, atau exception dan melakukan eskalasi kepada pihak terkait.
- Memastikan setiap keluhan atau permintaan client ditangani sesuai SLA.
- Menjaga komunikasi dan hubungan kerja yang baik dengan client.
- Melakukan koordinasi terkait jadwal pickup/delivery dan perubahan instruksi dari client.
- Memastikan kelengkapan administrasi dan dokumentasi layanan valuable cargo.
- Membuat laporan terkait aktivitas layanan, request, complaint, dan penyelesaian issue client.
- Melakukan monitoring terhadap pencapaian SLA dan service level untuk masing-masing client.
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan potensi improvement untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan.
- Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi, data client, nilai barang, rute, jadwal, dan informasi operasional.
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas sesuai dengan SOP, security procedure, compliance, dan ketentuan perusahaan.
- Mendukung pelaksanaan client meeting, service review, audit, dan evaluasi layanan apabila diperlukan.
- Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Supervisor/Manager Client Relation sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
