作为飞利浦IGT-S临床成功经理（CSM），您将负责推动客户成功和市场增长，通过建设KOL生态圈、示教中心、培训中心及临床证据体系，帮助客户实现持续价值增长，并推动飞利浦在目标市场建立长期竞争优势。CSM不仅关注设备销售，更关注客户长期成功、学术影响力建设。
岗位职责（Your Role）
战略客户管理
- 管理5-8家战略重点医院；
- 建立并维护与科室主任、医院管理层及核心专家的长期合作关系；
- 制定并执行客户成功计划及年度发展规划。
客户成功管理
- 推动客户实现设备价值最大化；
- 提升产品利用率及客户满意度；
- 持续跟踪客户业务发展及临床成果；
KOL及专家网络建设
- 建立和发展区域及全国专家网络；
- 签约及培养品牌大使（Brand Ambassador）；
- 提升专家参与度和飞利浦品牌影响力；
- 打造行业标杆案例。
临床证据建设
- 推动论文、摘要(Abstract)、壁报(Poster)及病例成果发表；
- 支持科研项目及专家合作研究；
- 建立符合中国市场需求的临床证据体系。
示教中心和培训中心建设
- 建设Center of Excellence（卓越中心）；
- 建设Show Site及培训中心；
- 每年组织学术会议、研讨会及专家论坛；
- 打造区域临床创新平台。
行业生态建设
- 与学会、医院、政府机构及产业合作伙伴建立战略合作关系；
- 推动区域临床创新项目；
- 提升飞利浦在行业中的专业影响力和领导地位。

工作经验（Experience）
- 10年以上医疗行业相关经验；
- 具有客户管理、临床市场、学术推广或业务发展经验；
- 有战略客户管理经验者优先；
- 有KOL合作及学术项目管理经验者优先；
- 具备介入放射、心血管、神经介入领域经验者优先。
核心能力（Skills）
- 卓越的人际关系管理能力；
- 优秀的战略思维和商业敏锐度；
- 出色的项目管理能力；
- 较强的学术交流及演讲能力；
- 能够协调复杂跨部门项目；
- 具备市场发展及业务增长意识。
教育背景（Education）
- 临床医学、医学影像、生物医学工程、公共卫生、市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历；
- MBA或硕士学历优先。
其他要求（Anything Else）
- 热爱客户成功和医疗创新；
- 具备创业精神和主人翁意识；
- 能够独立推动复杂项目落地；
- 善于建立和维护高层关系网络；
- 能适应全国范围出差；
- 具备良好的英文沟通能力。
