Position Overview

As a key member of the team, the candidate will work in a highly Agile environment to develop, execute, validate, and maintain a suite of integrated software products. The candidate must have a strong passion for technology and a continuous drive to enhance personal expertise. The ideal team member will be innovative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to an open and collaborative environment.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating to design and implement scalable solutions. The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software.

• Design and develop scalable and robust solutions while considering security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Work with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery.

• Develop, test, and maintain applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and adhere to best coding practices.

• Support automation efforts, including CI/CD, testing frameworks, and DevOps pipelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with application teams.

• Provide clear and actionable documentation for solutions and implementations.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Focus on continuous learning and staying up to date with new technologies.

Skills & Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong programming experience in Java with a deep understanding of best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Python, and Node.js.

• Experience in microservices architecture and cloud-native development.

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Proficiency in version control and CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Understanding of cloud services such as AWS (S3, Lambda, VPC, Aurora, Glue) is a plus.

• Knowledge of API development and integration using RESTful services.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to document technical solutions clearly.

Required Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software development.

• Experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

• Exposure to working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
