About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Senior Associate to join our Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering team. In this role, you'll work with a dynamic group of engineers to build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure. You'll play a key part in managing Linux-based systems, developing automation scripts, and working within cloud environments—primarily AWS.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in cloud infrastructure and a desire to deepen their experience with modern DevOps tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, deploy and maintain Linux-based server environments
Develop and maintain Bash scripts for automation and system operations
Support the deployment and management of containerized and non-containerized applications
Work within AWS and other cloud environments to provision, configure, and maintain cloud services
Collaborate with team members to improve system reliability and performance
Monitoring, Patching and Backup of Linux systems
Handle support cases in an on-call environment

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux systems administration
Proficient in Bash scripting for automation
Minimum of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (preferred)
Minimum 4 year of cloud or virtualization experience
Minimum 4 years technical support experience
Willing to work 24/7 on-call support.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills

Experience with Docker or Kubernetes for container orchestration
Familiarity with Terraform or Ansible along with other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud environments
LPIC Essentials or higher
Experience with database management systems, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL

Ready to work in Rotational shifts

7AM to 4PM / 11AM to 8PM / 2PM to 11PM. (IST)
