Oplossingsgericht en praktisch is. Je weet hoe je problemen direct aanpakt.

Zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook teamgericht. Je kunt goed alleen werken, maar je zoekt collega’s op wanneer dat nodig is.

Flexibel en veelzijdig is. Je kunt je makkelijk aanpassen aan verschillende situaties en doelgroepen.

Een goed gevoel voor humor is natuurlijk altijd mooi meegenomen!

Intake gesprekken voeren met clienten

Telefonische, online en face to face coachgesprekken voeren

Samen met collega’s telefoondiensten draaien (9-17)

Casemanagement

Binnenkomende vragen op het platform verwerken

Verwijzingen regelen naar het netwerk

De chatbox verzorgen
