Datadog Sales Engineer 는 고객 및 파트너와의 기회를 검증하고 성사시키는 데 도움을 줍니다. 영업 프레젠테이션, 제품 데모, 기술 평가(POC) 지원을 통해 기술 전문 지식을 제공합니다. Sale Engineer 는 제품 팀과 함께 고객, 경쟁사, 파트너의 의견을 바탕으로 기능의 우선순위를 정하는 데 도움을 줍니다. 또한 다양한 팀과 협력하여 고객의 문제를 해결하고, 버그 문제를 에스컬레이션하며, 브랜드 홍보대사로서의 역할도 수행하게 됩니다. 무한한 잠재력을 지닌 친절하고 열정적인 팀에 합류하고 싶은 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다!

담당 업무

영업팀과 협력하여 고객에게 전반적인 Datadog 가치 제안, 비전 및 전략을 명확하게 전달
경쟁력 있는 지식, 기술력 및 신뢰를 구축하기 위해 지속적으로 새로운 기술을 학습
잠재 고객을 대상으로 제품 및 기술 프레젠테이션 제공
제품 팀과 직접 소통하여 기능 요청에 대해 협업
고객의 제품 온보딩을 돕고 장애물이 있을 때 지원
사전 판매 수명 주기 동안 다양한 기술적 과제에 대해 창의적으로 생각

자격 요건

DevOps 모니터링 또는 아키텍처 도구에 대한 지식과 경험이 풍부한 분
외부 고객 또는 내부 팀에게 기술 프레젠테이션/데모를 편안하고 자신감 있게 전달 가능한 분
다양한 문제를 창의적으로 해결하고, 매일 새로운 것을 배우는 것을 즐기는 분
Windows 또는 Linux 시스템 관리 경험
DevSecOps 체계를 직접 구축하고 운영해본 경험 우대
모의 해킹이나 신규 취약점 발견 시 개발팀에 설명하고 함께 대응 방안을 도출해본 경험 우대
고객을 직접 만나기 위한 출장 업무에 익숙한 분
