Consultant, Business Transformation | Corporate Finance

In our Business Transformation practice, we support companies in times of large transformations. We determine the direction of the company at critical moments, such as mergers and integrations, due diligence and large-scale transformations with an experienced team of professionals.

We help C-level executives identify new business opportunities, redefine existing and new business models, revise go-to-market value propositions, designing an operational turn-around plan, and develop and implement new organizational models.

What You’ll Do

• Helping structure a project workstream to ensure critical project deadlines are met
• Working as a close-knit team to ensure the best outcome for our clients is achieved
• Analysing client and market data to uncover unique insights, and turn these insights into recommendations
• Travelling to the client’s location to participate in workshops and interviews
• Translating recommendations into digestible storylines that can be presented to C-suite
• Supporting the growth of our office through business development activities, such as writing proposals

Basic Qualifications

• Relevant work experience at a tier 1 consulting company.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or equivalent
• Fluency in Dutch & English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in strategy consulting
• Experience working on complex, high-impact projects within a fast-paced and international environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business and financial drivers.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership from inception through to completion.
