É responsável por apoiar o desenvolvimento de talentos e iniciativas de aprendizagem através da análise, coordenação e relatórios de dados. Essa função contribui para a execução de programas de desenvolvimento e apoia a melhoria contínua.
Este perfil de emprego destina-se a profissionais experientes que aplicam conhecimento prático de uma área de trabalho e trabalham de forma independente com supervisão geral.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Realizar o levantamento de necessidades de treinamento, acompanhar a execução e avaliar os resultados, bem como propor melhorias no processo;
- Conduzir o processo de gestão de desempenho;
- Garantir que os programas globais ocorram conforme o cronograma em toda regionalmente;
- Acompanhar os indicadores estratégicos e propor ações de melhoria sempre que necessário;
- Conduzir ações de endomarketing e comunicação interna;
- Garantir o alinhamento do processo de recrutamento e seleção locais com as orientações globais;
- Analisar o feedback fornecido pelos colaboradores através de diferentes canais e propor ações de melhoria, entre outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo.

Habilidades Necessárias
- Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, RH, Administração;
- Inglês avançado;
- Excel intermediário;
- Conhecimento em indicadores estratégicos.
