Buscamos profissionais para atuar em um projeto de Televendas, sendo responsável pela promoção e comercialização de produtos para profissionais e estabelecimentos da área da saúde por meio de contatos remotos. Procuramos pessoas com perfil comercial, excelente comunicação e foco em resultados para contribuir com o crescimento e fortalecimento das marcas atendidas.
Principais responsabilidades
- Realizar contatos ativos com clientes por telefone e canais digitais.
- Promover e comercializar o portfólio de produtos do projeto, identificando oportunidades de negócio.
- Desenvolver relacionamento consultivo com clientes, compreendendo suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções adequadas.
- Executar estratégias comerciais e campanhas promocionais definidas pela empresa.
- Garantir o atingimento das metas de vendas, produtividade e indicadores de performance.
- Manter registros atualizados das interações e negociações nos sistemas internos.
- Acompanhar pedidos, oportunidades e ações de pós-venda.
- Monitorar movimentações de mercado e compartilhar informações relevantes com a equipe.

Requisitos
- Ensino superior cursando ou completo.
- Experiência anterior em vendas internas, televendas, telemarketing ativo ou atendimento comercial no canal farma.
- Conhecimento do pacote Office e facilidade com sistemas CRM.
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado para resultados.
- Capacidade de negociação e construção de relacionamento remoto.
- Comunicação e influência.
- Foco no cliente.
- Resiliência e adaptabilidade.
- Senso de urgência.
